Unfortunately there are no facilities of modern education in Hattian. This region prduced prominent leadership, but their priority was active involvement in parlimentary affairs rather then welfare of the region. There is hardly any development regarding roads, transportation, education during last three decades. Natural forests have been chopped uncontroled. Politics has affected all the departments including Education, Forestry, Police, Local Government, Electricity department,Agriculture and all other government of semi governmetn institutions. Noon Bagla, a health resort in Tehsil Chikar is an example of the neglegence. The portion of the road built in fifties is still in bad condition and is destroyed beyond Noon Bagla. Beautiful pine forest is brutely cut. School is not upgraded for last fourty years. Tourist rest house is ruined. Condition is same in rest of the region.
